At the Nourish Program, we believe the food at our fingertips is the most powerful tool for reclaiming and sustaining our health. With so much misinformation out there, we aim to be the nutrition hub of the Texas Medical Center. We teach people how to grow, prepare, and share food that brings joy and health to those who eat it.

- Classes are expected to begin early summer 2024
- Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30PM
- Grocery pickup will be located at the Nourish Kitchen on UTH campus
- The Nourish Teaching Kitchen is located in the first floor of the RAS building: 1200 Pressler Street, Houston
