The Teaching Kitchen Program will include:

  • Fun and interactive hands-on cooking instruction*

  • Quick, delicious and affordable recipes

  • Nutrition tips and tricks

  • Ideas for increasing movement and exercise

  • Instruction on mindfulness

  • Health coaching to assist with positive behavior changes

  • Translating scientific evidence into life skills
  • Reducing risk of chronic disease
  • The opportunity to earn incentives valued at over $200

Classes will be led by a chef, a nutrition expert, and a team of health professionals

Classes are 2 hours long and will take place one evening a week for 16 consecutive weeks then monthly for 8 months

  • The first 2 classes will be in-person

  • The remaining classes will be virtual from your home kitchen
